An apple a day...
You can see the whole painting on here on my new blog.
For those of you who are wondering... yes somewhere soon I will end this blog and just go on with the new one. I chose for a new blog because in the nearby future I will open my own webshop. The new shop will blend in with the lay out and design of my new blog.
So that's why!
I do realise not everybody likes changes and I might loose a few of my followers. But hopefully most of you will be inspired by my new blog and won't stop visiting me every now and then. Thank you for that!
For those of you who can't figure out how you can become a follower on my new blog. Don't hesitate to let me know and I'll give you a hand!
Have a lovely day!

My new blog!!!!
Such an exciting day because I can finally share my new blog with you!
Reason to celebrate. Go and check it out:
You will also notice that I switched from Blogger to Wordpress. This still means you can become a follower.
For those of you who don't know how it works:
Copy this link http://www.moncherrycraft.com/feed/
Then go to your 'Dashboard' and click 'add' (on the bottom of your list of blogs you follow).
You will be asked to type an URL (link). You will have to 'paste' the link and then click 'next'.
Now choose if you want to follow publicly or anonymously and click 'follow'.
You now became a follower of my new blog. Easy! And it will make me very happy!
Thank you!

Two little secrets
I decided to share two little secrets with you. The first one is...
...my new Mon Cherry Blog is about to launch! Yahoo!
(and this time it's really going to happen)
My new blog willl be all about crafting and creativity, and less about me and my personal life.
That brings me to secret number two..
...I do have another blog, and it's all about me and our life Down Under, and less about crafting...lol.
...I do have another blog, and it's all about me and our life Down Under, and less about crafting...lol.
When we moved to Australia I started this blog, because it's a nice and easy way to keep friends and family updated. It seems like a few of you are really interested in our adventures in Australia. So if you are one of them feel free to have a look on http://going4oz.blogspot.com/
It's in Dutch though!
Have a lovely weekend!

Road trip.
Yay...we are in Brisbane!
It was far and we didn't have much time to do a lot of sightseeing, but the trip wasn't to bad. Because of Spring the landscape was sometimes astonishing. Bright yellow and deep purple flowers everywere. Also we enjoyed the beautiful sunset.
And then we arrived in Queensland and I can't remember the last time I saw so much rain. There was actually a weather warning and we could have easily arrived in Brisbane by boat..lol. It poored down the last two days, but now the sun is shining and I'm finally going to enjoy the city!
Thank you all for your comments on the car. That was great!

Ready to go!!!
Day and night I worked to get it finished, but from now on we will be camping in style!
De car from the back with everything stored.
The 'kitchen' with room for two gas stoves can be pulled from underneath the bed, and so can the water can and cooking gear.
The cutlery tucked away nicely
Even the gas bottles have their own place.
next to the bed are two compartments. Front one is for bottles, the other one for our toiletries.
This is what it looks like from the other side. Their is still room for 3 people to sit in the back (the couch can turn). Underneath the bed is more storage room behind the little curtains. And on the right is a drawer with two compartments. Under the drawer you can see another storage space for the curtains (that's the roll in it).
The bed is extendable and the two legs (in the previous picture they are still attached to the storage room) support it.
This prevents it from moving.
And this is how the two mattresses hold together.
Curtains behind the drivers seats can be 'clicked' in between the two compartments.
The curtains for all the other windows can be attached with velcro.
The shelf with the three boxes (for clothes and towels) can be removed while we're driving.
So... how about man stuff?! I did pretty well, didn't I?!
I guess us women have a bit more eye for detail and practical use as well.
Tomorrow we are of to Brisbane and from next week on I'm going to enjoy the sun and the holiday feeling. Looking forward to read up on your blogs again!
